Cub Scout Camp Registration
Registration is open for the first 100 scouts (our limit this year) - Registration is considered complete ONLY when payment and health forms are received - You will automatically be put in the waiting list if you use the below online registration system.
How to register for camp? (Steps - ALL REQUIRED)
- Go to our online registration system by clicking here (remember this year all boys get 2 t-shirts as part of the camp fees) - registration is closed but we are accepting waiting list at the moment.
- If paying via check, payment must be sent to Jean Reed, Coast Caroline Council - BSA, 1025 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29407-3441
If getting free camp because of $1500 popcorn sale - registration still required (seats are not reserved for top popcorn sellers)
- Submit your health forms (Part A and B PLUS insurance card) - Health forms should be faxed by parents (secured fax to email service at 888-793-0437), emailed (desplacesd@cofc.edu) or mailed to David Desplaces, Camp Director, 3475 Shagbark Circle, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. Parents are responsible for getting these forms to the camp director (your den leader or cubmaster are not responsible) and must be less then 12 months old. NO EMAILS PLEASE.
- Get Health Forms - signature must be real (no electronic signatures accepted)
Registration is not complete unless the registration was completed, payment is received (if applicable, online or via check to council) and health forms and insurance cards have been received. Acknowledgements of receipts of documents will be conducted every few days.
