BP Recreation - Etiwan District 2013 Summer Day Camp Site
Thank you BP for allowing us to use the facilities and support the BSA!
Directions:
From I-526
- Take the Clements Ferry Road North exit
- Continue on Clements Ferry for approx 7.5 miles
- Turn left at the light onto Cainhoy Road for approx 2.7 miles
- You will pass 3 BP gates on the left; drive past all 3.
- Continue on Cainhoy Road until you pass over a set of railroad tracks. The first turn to your left is Rec Road. (There will be a Day Camp sign.)
- Follow Rec Road all the way to the end. This turns into a single lane road; DRIVE SLOWLY AND WATCH FOR ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
- Turn Right in to the gated Rec area. There will be another sign - Remember SLOW DOWN!
From Hwy 41
- Cross the bridge at Detyens Shipyard
- When the road forks, follow it left towards I-526. This is Clements Ferry Road.
- Go 1 mile and turn right at the light onto Cainhoy Road
- Follow Cainhoy Road for approx 2.7 miles.
- You will pass 3 BP gates on the left; drive past all 3.
- Continue on Cainhoy Road until you pass over a set of railroad tracks. The first turn/road pass the
tracks to your left is Rec Road. (There will be a Day Camp sign)
- Follow Rec Road all the way to the end. This turns into a single lane road; DRIVE SLOWLY
AND WATCH FOR ONCOMING TRAFFIC.
- Turn Right in to the gated Rec area. There will be another sign - Remember SLOW DOWN!
